We are open Thursday and Friday (please see our opening times), or on a Saturday morning, 9am to 1pm for you to hand pick stock, or other times by appointment.
We welcome your questions and if we cannot meet your needs we will aim to offer alternatives where applicable.

For landscape orders there is no minimum for collection and you can order in whatever multiples you like.
All our plants will be labelled with a plant passport.

We would be happy to quote on plants lists (preferably in an excel spreadsheet).
We will provide a quote with what we can do, pricing and offer substitutions if we don’t have exactly what you want.
We can also add you to the weekly availability list which you can order from. Please sign up using the link below.
We will try to deliver where possible ourselves if not we will either use our transport company or parcel force. We can send plants on a Danish trolley, on a pallet or boxed.
If you require a delivery, then this will be free for orders over £450 within 50 miles of the nursery. Anything less than this or further afield we will quote on a case by case basis.

How do I place an order?
There are three ways you can place an order:
– We send out a weekly availability list, that lists all the looking good stock on the nursery which you can order from.
– If you have a list of plants you can send that in to (preferably in an excel spreadsheet) for us to quote on.
– Or you can call us on to ask for availability.
Do you have an availability list?
We provide a ‘looking good’ availability list on a weekly basis to help tempt your customers, but if there is anything specific you have been asked for by customers, please ask as we may have these available in small quantities.
Please register as a trade customer to receive our list. This list is sent out every Friday
What is the minimum order quantity?
For delivery, our minimum value for free delivery is £450 excluding VAT within 50 miles of the nursery. Anything below this or further afield will have a delivery charge which we would work out on a case by case basis.
For collection there is no minimum value or quantity of plants.
When will I receive my order?
All orders need to be received by 12 pm on a Monday to guarantee delivery that week. We will confirm a delivery day once we have planned our routes for the week.
Can I request a quote for some plants?
If you have a list please send it through to , preferably in an excel spreadsheet. We will provide a quote with what we can do, pricing and offer substitutions if we don’t have exactly what you want. Once you have confirmed, we will then confirm the order.
Do you deliver?
We deliver as much as we can ourselves using our own transport. Anything further afield we use a haulier. For delivery costs please contact us as we work this out on a case by case basis.
How are my plants delivered?
We deliver ourselves where possible, usually on Green Tagged Danish trolleys. Unless you have these trolleys to swap, then the plants will need to be unloaded. We can also palletise or box plants for further afield deliveries.
Do you have a plant passport?
Yes, we are regularly inspected by APHA (Animal and Plant Health Agency) and the nurseries we use for some of our young plants are also fully regulated. Our plants passport is on every delivery note and invoice and labelled on the pot or tray where necessary.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept BACS payments or credit card payments. Payment is required before delivery or at the time of collection.
Please contact us to make any changes to your orders. Cancellation of orders may result in a charge still being applied if the order is in progress.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we can only deliver to England, Scotland or Wales using our haulier.
Can I come and choose my own plants?
We allow you to come and choose your own plants on a Thursday or Friday (please see our opening times) or on a Saturday morning, 9 am to 1 pm. Any other times are by appointment only.
