This list cancels all previous lists.
All prices are ex nursery.
Prices do not include VAT, which should be added at the current rate where applicable.
All invoices must be settled by the last day of the month following the month in which the order was received.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts. This will be at the Bank of England base rate plus 8% per month.
All plants are offered subject to their being unsold on receipt of order.
Every effort will be made to despatch only first quality plants, true to name, but no responsibility will be accepted for errors or discrepancies due to circumstances beyond our control.
Complaints must be made within seven days of receipt of goods in writing. Any compensation is limited to the value of the goods.
Plants remain the property of Prenplants Sussex Limited until paid in full.
Sometimes we will substitute varieties ordered that are not available, if you do not want substitutions please advise us when placing the order.
New customers are asked to provide payment prior to the delivery/collection of an initial order.
The placement of any order implies acceptance of the above terms.
Prenplants Sussex Limited may by giving notice to the customer, at any time before delivery, increase the price of plants to reflect any increase in the cost of plants, due to factors beyond our control.
