Snow and a TV appearance

The nursery woke up to snow this morning, not what we would like in March. However it gave us the opportunity for a tv appearance about the snow! We managed to get 5 seconds of fame by having a photo of the nursery on BBC Breakfast. The photo was taken about 6:30am so it was just getting light. Its funny that now everything has melted and we are just back to rain. Having been the driest February on record, we definitely need rain and hopefully as it is due to warm up more the plants will finally start to come back to life.

The head of security, Mowgli, was doing his job first thing, as the snow fell off the glass roof in our lounge.

The snow did start to get heavier just as we had to start our working day. It was very pretty to see a light covering but we are glad that it has all melted. Fingers crossed that this is the last cold weather of the year.
