Prenplants supplies plants for garden centres and plant centres throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

All our peat free plants are produced in round, rigid, recycled taupe 1 and 2 litre pots or decorative 5 or 10 litre patio pots. We offer colour picture plant labels that can be bespoke printed to your organisation. We can work with you to include your branding on our labels. The labels are made from recycled PET and are fully recyclable in your kerbside recycling bin. We also offer pre-pricing stickers that can also include your logo and a barcode if necessary.

Supply

We supply our plants in returnable corex trays of 12 plants for 1 litre and 6 plants per 2 litre pot.

Please return our trays with each delivery to ensure we are recycling as much as possible helping us achieve our sustainability targets.

We can also load the plants loose onto Danish trolleys if you prefer but you would need green tagged Danish trolleys to swap. Please let us know if this is your preference.

Availability

We will provide a ‘looking good’ availability list on a weekly basis to help tempt your customers, but if there is anything you have been asked for, please ask as we may have these available in small quantities.

Delivery

We provide a prompt delivery service throughout England, Scotland, and Wales. Deliveries are free for orders over £450 within 50 miles of the nursery.

For guaranteed delivery in the coming week we would ask that orders are sent to us by 12pm on Monday.

How do I place an order?

There are three ways you can place an order:

We send out a weekly availability list that lists all the looking good stock on the nursery which you can order from. You can also choose to give us an order value and we will choose our own selection of the best looking plants on the nursery for you.

If you have a list of plants you can send that in to (preferably in an excel spreadsheet) for us to quote.

Or you can call us on to ask for availability.

Do you have an availability list?

We provide a ‘looking good’ availability list on a weekly basis to help tempt your customers, but if there is anything specific you have been asked for by customers, please ask as we may have these available in small quantities.

Please register as a trade customer to receive our list. This list is sent out every Friday

What is the minimum order quantity?

For delivery, our minimum value for free delivery is £450 excluding VAT within 50 miles of the nursery. Anything below this or further afield will have a delivery charge which we would calculate on a case-by-case basis.

Please order in multiples of 6 plants for 1, 2 and 3 litre pots, orders not adhering to this may be subject to a surcharge.

Please note patio pots are excluded from this.

When will I receive my order?

All orders need to be received by 12 pm on a Monday to guarantee delivery in that week. We will confirm delivery day once we have planned our routes for the week.

Do you deliver?

We deliver as much as we can ourselves using our own transport. Anything further afield we use a haulier. For delivery costs please contact us as we work this out on a case-by-case basis.

How are my plants delivered?

We deliver ourselves where possible, usually on Green Tagged Danish trolleys. Unless you have these trolleys to swap, then the plants will need to be unloaded.

We supply in returnable Correx® trays. We encourage you to return your trays for re-use and not to fill your bins!!

Do you have a plant passport?

Yes, we are regularly inspected by APHA (Animal and Plant Health Agency) and the nurseries we use for some of our young plants are also fully regulated. Our plants passport is on every delivery note and invoice and labelled on the pot where necessary.

Will my plants come with a picture label

We offer bespoke colour labels for your plant/garden centre free of charge. Please let us know when you enquire and we can work with you to add your branding.

Can my plants have pre-pricing?

All our plants can have a branded sticker with pre-pricing, barcodes (if needed) and plant passport information. These are also supplied free of charge.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Currently we can only deliver to England, Scotland or Wales using our haulier.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept BACS payments or credit card payments. First delivery will need payment in advance, once you have set up an account you can go onto our payment terms.
